Allstate’s challenge was to capture qualified leads in an interactive and cost effective way from the hundreds of thousands of patrons that attended the International Auto Show. They needed a fully integrated solution where data could be safely and securely transferred in real time.
Using Limelight’s proprietary “Hot Lead Technology” to digitally capture and score leads in real time, agents were able to automatically communicate with potential clients on-site and post-event with a follow-up that is personal, relevant and contextual. Limelight’s caching feature ensured that leads were not lost even with limted Internet connection. Our integration middleware transfered data in real time to Allstate’s CRM system to ensure that every opportunity was followed up on by a local agent, resulting in better engagement, and ultimately better conversion.
